72% Ivory Coast 2019/ 2020 Harvest *Crafted Bean to Bar*

During the roast this cocoa had strong bread-like sourdough notes (very fitting as I have had multiple customers bring a loaf of their own sour dough as a "tip" for us over the years). For me, it brings vibrant memories of breaking bread and the intensity of layered flavor profiles.
