Join us for a fun night of making truffles at the Wildflower Chocolate kitchen!

Participants will be a chocolatier for the night - we will pipe ganache and caramel fillings, seal chocolate shells and learn about tempering while we dip truffles in tempered chocolate. We will discuss and taste different chocolate varieties and talk about fine chocolate ingredients. Each student will bring their packaged truffles home to enjoy. All chocolate supplies are provided and you are welcome to bring a beverage.

Includes your box of 12 truffles, 5 drinking chocolate bombs, an educational chocolate mini-tasting, and a light fruit and cheese plate.

WORKSHOPS: Frequently Asked Questions 

This class is held in our working confectionery kitchen and workshop space. Pre-registration is required and if the participant minimum is not met class will be cancelled with a full refund. We will notify participants 24 hours in advance of cancelations. Price is per participant and this class is for ages 14+.  Occasionally exceptions are made for younger guests who are attending with an adult companion.

Registration closes 12 hours prior to class start time.

Refunds: Once you have reserved your seat refunds are not available for workshops (unless canceled by host). You may transfer your ticket to another guest for the same class date.
