You're invited into the chocolate kitchen to construct your own Chocolate Easter Egg!
We will provide egg halves, fresh fruit, jelly beans and everything you need for packaging. If you would like to include a small toy, stickers or personal messages please bring them with (2-3 inches in diameter). This workshop will take 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your pace. For reference, our finished eggs are about the size of a softball and can weigh nearly one whole pound when filled. We will be using solid milk and semi sweet chocolate for decorating the eggs (eggs in photos are for reference of egg shell size).

This class is held in our working confectionery kitchen and workshop space. Pre-registration is required to hold your spot. Price is per egg. This Saturday class is "kid friendly". Younger registrants are welcome with an adult assistant (max 2 kiddos per one adult and registration please)! Recommended minimum age is 5 years old for this project.
