Our bean to bar chocolates are made from roasted cocoa beans (in our Nisswa kitchen) and brought through the bean to bar chocolate making processes. We save the husks from the cocoa beans for our Cocoa Husk Tea, and use the cocoa nibs, plus sweeteners and inclusions to create our craft chocolate.
Bean to bar chocolate is thrilling, flavorful and exotic. Side by side tastings can bring you across the world, to origin countries, during a mindful eating experience.
This sugar free bar is made with allulose, a natural sugar derived from fruit and less sweet than table sugar. This two ounce bar has been slabbed into a thin bark (free form chocolate "shards", and not as a uniform rectangle bar).
