Iver's Roastery

Shop Fall Coffee - Limited Release

With the combination of a cacao roaster upgrade for our bean to bar line (it is a coffee roaster!), and a (daily) love for coffee-- something more (Iver's Roastery) took root. Roasting coffee was one of those "ah-ha!" moments to use our equipment fully and embrace another pillar of long term food business growth with an ingredient we constantly use in our chocolate bars.

Named for founder Kate’s youngest child, Iverson, and “little brother” to Wildflower Chocolate, Iver's Roastery will be growing into craft coffee along side our long time chocolate brand.

FAQs:

Do you roast your own beans?

In small batches, yes. At scale, not yet. We are learning and growing into Iver's Roastery, with local mentors and coffee educators who co-roast our current retail beans. We are looking forward to growing into roasting at scale and so thankful for our partnership with Mill City Roasters - Minneapolis, MN.

Do you serve coffee beverages?

At our production kitchen in Nisswa, MN - no we do not. We are working towards building on our land on Edgewood Drive- Baxter, MN (right next to Jack Pine Brewery and Arrowwood Lodge). This spot will house our coffee beverage and retail experience. We do not have a break-ground date set.

Where do you source your coffee from?

Cacao and coffee, we always love sourcing from Peru (a visited destination with family ties). As we taste new origins, the line - up is always evolving, and we are learning our tastes, roast preferences and origin nuances. Origins and blends are listed on our packaging.
