Chocolatier's note: Prepare this drinking chocolate (approximately 79% cocoa, we find it to be a "sweet dark") with an ounce per serving. You can dilute or intensify as you like, and preparation instructions are printed on the label. Whole milk and an aero whisk make an excellent cocoa!
