Our vanilla beans are steeped for months in high quality vodka for a concentrated extract/ infusion. We love to add this in with pancakes, cookies and any recipe calling for traditional vanilla extract. Once you try it you will be hooked on making your own vanilla!!

Current Batch: Started Steeping Jan. 15 2023, best to start using: March 15, 2023, "best by" March 15 2028 (yes, 5 year++  shelf life).
