Wildflower Chocolate is a working confectionery kitchen in the heart of one of Minnesota's beautiful lake towns - Nisswa, Minnesota. We focus on sourcing our ingredients from area farms and our own culinary garden, as well as fair trade or directly traded chocolate made in the States.
We host in-kitchen workshops where participants get hands on, creating and tasting fine chocolates. Most importantly, these classes offer a creative outlet and time with friends during our long, dark winter months up in the "Northland''.
