What We Include

Our Tasting Club is a curated selection of chocolate bars, caramels and craft pantry items we think will delight our club members in each season. Fresh roasted coffee, jams (jams made in-house from fruit harvested just steps from our kitchen). Holiday, Spring, Summer (arrives for Mother's Day), and Harvest are our guiding themes, each season with distinct flavor trends and rare, rotating flavors (haskap berries from just south of the Canadian border?).

Good, better, best. Never let it rest.

What makes our box different? Our bars are made in our gluten free kitchen, and our small team (three of us!) each has a specialty to contribute to each collection. Wildflower Chocolate is now ten years into crafting seasonal confections, leaning into the garden and harvest seasons of Northern Minnesota to capture and preserve flavors in sync with our rhythm "up at the lake". Our best products are in the Tasting Club: Caramel Agate Bon Bons, Zestar Apple Crisp Truffles with Oat Butter Ganache filling. We don't keep a stock of pre-made confections on-hand for the masses. Your Tasting Club box is coming from our studio chocolate shop serving foodies who want something you just can't find anywhere else.

How to Make the Most of It

Our boxes are meant to last, and stretch several weeks or even months (depending on how generous you are feeling when it comes to sharing!). There are enough pieces for 2-4 people to enjoy a collection together, and the box is meant to be sampled and experienced over several sittings. Club Members say they usually enjoy a few tastings together with their loved ones at home, or bring a few things with when catching up with a friend.
