A Shot in the Dark Bar

Fresh roasted coffee beans ground into 85% dark chocolate. 

This bar is like a chocolate covered espresso bean, without the crunch. We use our stone refiners to bring the particle size of the beans and 85% chocolate to a smooth melt-in-your mouth size. Definitely caffeinated!

Ingredients:  85% Dark Chocolate** (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter), coffee beans roasted in Nisswa, MN. 

**A note about percentages: Chocolate percentages are measured by weight. This 85% bar has 85% cacao (roasted nibs, from beans or cocoa butter), and 15% remaining ingredients (sugar / coffee in this case) by weight.
