Our bean to bar chocolates are made from roasted cocoa beans (in our Nisswa kitchen) and brought through the bean to bar chocolate making processes. We save the husks from the cocoa beans for our Cocoa Husk Tea, and use the cocoa nibs, plus sweeteners and inclusions to create our craft chocolate.
