Haskap Rhubarb Jam

Haskaps, or honeyberries are a fruit similar to blueberries, but elongated. These batches feature berries from Honey Berry USA in Bagley, where we filled our buckets this summer. Rhubarb from Ardith Farm in Hillman, as we establish a row of rhubarb at the kitchen garden.

Hint of cinnamon, tart honey berries. This one is a must try.

Available in gift/ weekend at the cabin size (5 oz) as well as a larger (10oz).

Refrigerate and enjoy our jams within 4 weeks of opening (although we don't think it will last that long! :o) ).
