Our madagascar vanilla beans are steeped for months in high quality vodka for a concentrated extract/ infusion. We love to add this in with pancakes, cookies and any recipe calling for traditional vanilla extract. Once you try it you will be hooked on making your own vanilla!!

Current Batch: Started Steeping November 2024, best to start using: February 2025, "best by" Novmeber 2029 (yes, 5 year++  shelf life).
